Annalise and Sherelle have worked extensively as casting assistants for established casting directors with over a decade of combined experience. They have worked on major projects for TV, Film, Commercials, Theatre, Video Games and have helped cast actors for productions for ITV, BBC, Channel 5, ENON Films, Chief Productions, Shakespeare North Playhouse + many more! 

 

With their experience in casting, they aim to help young actors not only with their acting craft, but with an insight into the casting process to build confidence in the audition room. 

 

Additionally, they have both trained professionally as actors at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts and Identity School of Acting. Their acting credits include roles in 'The Feud' (Channel 5), 'The Reckoning' (BBC), 'Casualty' (BBC), 'Malpractice' (ITV), 'Coronation Street' (ITV), 'Daniel Tiger's Neighbourhood' (BBC/CBeebies), 'Reputation' (Feature Film) and Voiceover work (for BBC Radio 4, BBC Radio 5 Live, Epic Games, Channel 4 News, Newsnight), alongside numerous theatre productions.

Annalise and Sherelle are dedicated to passing on the skills and knowledge they have gained from their professional training and on-set experiences. In our workshops, young actors will develop their acting skills, gain practical insights into being on set and unlock their potential.

 

Our tutors have a passion for nurturing the development of young talent and have worked as drama workshop facilitators & teachers for a number of years. We understand that the acting industry can be highly competitive and intimidating, especially for those who are new to the process. Annalise and Sherelle founded Oddity Acting to make this exciting world more accessible and less daunting for young people.
